From a young age Shannon knew that supporting people would be apart of her life’s purpose. After her prenatal yoga training in 2020, Shannon felt inspired to support folks during and after their birthing journey. Yoga opened the door for creating a space for her birth work to begin. Shannon believes birth is a sacred space of transformation and reveals the purest parts of ourselves, changing the mind, body and spirit.
