(30 minutes)- Did you know the average adult spends 6.5 hours sitting daily? This 30 minute class improves back pain, lowers the risk of arthritis work related injuries, reduces stress and boost your overall well being in the work place.
Optional: End this class with a 5 minute relaxing, guided meditation.
What You Will Need
A chair, a bottle of water and a comfortable space. Regular work attire is fine, but it is best to remove blazer jackets, loosen ties, etc.

Yoga on the Mat.
(30 minutes)- This class is designed to improve your posture, increase flexibility, release muscle tension and a great way to energize the body in the office.

(30 or 45 minutes) - This class is deisgned for elementary and middle school aged children 6 to 13 years old for a fun and engaging yoga class made to improve behavioral and self-regulation, increase self-awareness, promote feelings of well-being, and enhance the overall learning experience.
