My Story…
Shannon Taylor is a professinal dancer, children’s and prenatal yoga instructor, and certifed labor and postpartum doula. She comes from a strong dance background as a professional dancer with over 10 years of experience, she started her yoga journey in 2015 during her undergraduate and quickly fell in love with the yogi lifestyle. During her undergraduate at West Chester University, her passion for working with children truly blossomed mentoring children of all ages watching each child develop the confidence and new skills to achieve their goals. Shannon believes it is essential to continuously practice living a healthy and balanced lifestyle to become the best version of yourself. Yoga is an amazing gateway in keeping the mind, body and spirit in optimal health. Both dance and yoga allowed her to practice forms of self-care and meditation that successfully influenced her health and wellness journey. Yoga has helped Shannon increase her flexibility, self-esteem and reduce joint inflammation from previous injuries. Each yoga practice builds inner strength and creates a peaceful lifestyle. Shannon encourages all walks of life to dive into the world of yoga and discover new ways to enhance the journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
